PROJECT LEADER

Technical leadership of in-vitro diagnostics assay development projects. Design assay formats, select techniques, optimize reagent conditions for in-vitro diagnostic assays. Participate as R&D representative on project Core Team. Responsible for project design documentation. Must have proven project management skills and experiences. Must have proven leadership skills in managing others. Must also have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Ph.D. in biochemistry, Immunochemistry or related field. Post doctoral experience in Clinical Chemistry is desirable but not required.
