Help a fast-growing pharmaceutical company launch its US business. Our client seeks an entrepreneurial CEO to lead their entrance into the US. This profitable company is a leader in the mobile games industry and has an extensive network of pharmaceutical and biotech industry contacts. It’s the right time for them to expand, and they need expert guidance to do it right.

The CEO will play a key role in developing and executing the US growth strategy and will network with wireless service providers, portable device manufacturers, technology providers and others to develop strategic partnerships and provider relationships. This individual will manage and grow the US office and will also sit on the company’s board. This position will be based in the Western US.

A strong entrepreneurial spirit combined with vision to shape the US market will be critical to the success of this person. Additionally, this person must have a strong network of contacts throughout the pharmaceutical industry. The CEO will be the primary contact for customers initially, so a strong commitment to customer service is crucial. Previous executive level management experience in a software development firm required. Executive level management experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment strongly preferred. Experience managing both people and P&L required.
